To encourage and assist in the balanced development of the software and information services industry in Bangladesh. To work closely with ICT area with a view to enabling the Bangladesh Software and Information Technology industry reach global pre-eminence.

Contribution in Vision2021 | Digital Bangladesh
Bangladesh is a developing country. In last few years in Bangladesh people’s contribution in IT is highly increased. The year 2021 marks the 50th anniversary of independence. In recognition of the long-term development challenges, the Government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina adopted the Vision 2021. The Vision 2021 and the associated Perspective Plan 2010-2021 have set solid development targets for Bangladesh by the end of 2021. Those targets if achieved will transform the socio-economic environment of Bangladesh from a low income economy to the first stages of a middle income economy.
Much of the impetus to higher growth will come from additional private and public investment, particularly in the areas of agriculture, manufacturing, infrastructure and human development. Yet, the experience of Bangladesh shows that it has not benefitted much from productivity improvements. A key strategy and policy focus of the Perspective Plan is to enhance productivity in all sectors of the economy. Among other factors, productivity improvements depend on research and technology.
The world has moved with new knowledge and technology; Bangladesh has a lot of catch up to do. Emphasis on knowledge economy is a key development priority for Bangladesh. The ‘Vision 2021’ aims at developing Bangladesh into a resourceful and modern economy through efficient use of information and communication technology. This goal has eloquently been described by the Prime Minister as ‘Digital Bangladesh’. It is believed that through the successful implementation of the ICT policy and its principles it would be possible to create a Digital Bangladesh by 2021 as promised by the government.
As mentioned earlier, BLACK iz IT Institute is committed to contribute with the dream Vision 2021’s Digital Bangladesh. BLACK iz IT Institute and it’s all family members are hardly believe that the Vision 2021’s Digital Bangladesh is on the right way under the leadership of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
